I have cream leather in my car. My drivers seat had some blue dye transfer and there was a small rip in the back seat. Fibrenew did a fantastic job fixing both. They communicated very well and even showed early to my appointment. Definitely recommend!

This company is the real deal! Not only was Jerry on time; took time to explain everything and saved us $1000's of dollars, when he came. But it is a husband and wife team. My 30+ year old boat interior had tear, punctures and stains from year of use. Fibrenew of Puyallup spent the better part of a day repairing the defects and although not all the fixes were like new the seats, cushions, etc. all turned out more than acceptable.

We had a very expensive leather couch we had purchased from Lazy Boy about 8 years ago. We baby sat our daughters dog for a week and and the end we had scratches all over on the leather cushions. We contacted Fibrenew and they gave us a quote. It was either repair or replace so went with Fibrenew. There man came out and we helped him put them in the garage where it was dry . Four hours later he was done and they were perfect. We recommend Fibrenew.
The first time Fibernew refinished my chair the color and material were not cooperating. After helpful communication they refinished the chair in a much more durable way and without complaint or issue. The customer service is top notch and I am very happy with the final outcome. Great job on my hermon miller chair. The hermon miller chairs go for 6500.00 , to have the leather repaired on this chair was fantastic! To have the leather replaced on a chair like this would cost thousands. I'm so happy with the quality and cost of the repair. Thanks for a great job!!!
These guys did a beautiful job replacing the cushions on my leather couch. The replacement foam cushion is BETTER than the original. To replace the three-cushion couch would have cost more than twice the repair and I'm POSITIVE the foam would not be as high quality. They picked up my couch on a Saturday and returned it the following Saturday. At the time I requested the service, I was informed that they had quite a backlog so it would be a while before they could get to me. Knowing this in advance was good. No surprises. I am a satisfied customer.

Great Service, Quality Work and Highly Recommended. I had a couple of projects where Fibrenew was of help. One was with my Toyota Tundra's armrest where I had a knife in my pocket and when I got into the truck, the exposed clip ripped a hole into the vinyl. I found Fibrenew online and scheduled an appointment. When they came out they fixed the vinyl quickly and it is now completely back to original with no signs of damage. What an amazing job!
While they were here, I asked about other services they provide and we had a chair that needed to be recovered. I brought the chair out for a quote and. discussed fabric/leather options. A few weeks later, they dropped it off and the chair is a million times better.

Jerry Walker is a very professional person he came to my Home at the appointed time and looked at the part ( a Dash Board Bezel for my 1997 Chevy Tahoe ) and he set up a Table just inside my Garage and began to work. He matched the color of the Dash very well and he Masked off the areas to be color matched on the Dash bezel to the color of the rest of the dash Perfect. He is very good at his job and I am very satisfied in the workmanship he performed afterwards he gave me recommendations on the wait time and handling of the part very informative about proper care.
He cleaned up the area he worked then left .

Fibrenew came out to my home in Olympia to repair a leather sofa that my cat decided to scratch up. The repair was amazing! You wouldn’t even be able to tell the sofa was anything but brand new. My only complaint was that they don’t come out to Olympia often so I had to wait quite awhile for my appointment, and when he arrived he told us he didn’t have enough time to do every scratch, so we had to choose which area we wanted completed.

Service was great. My particular repair was a stress crack in the dash and a difficult repair. The final result was structurally sound and stable. The repair site is visible, but color match was excellent.
This was my dad's work truck, and he beat it up pretty well. We're not done yet, but so far, Jerry has done an exceptional job. He replaced the vinyl floor with carpet, the seat cushion and cover on the driver's side, and the seat cover on the passenger side. He cleaned and refurbished the rest of the upholstery, and it matched the new stuff perfectly. Our 2nd phase in a few weeks is the dashboard and the door panels.
Jerry finished the dashboard and the panel under the back window. The interior looks and feels near new. I can't recommend Jerry and Tammy enough. I couldn't be happier.
We recently obtained an antique Stickley rocker, which was in wonderful condition, but was missing the seat. After corresponding with the director of the Stickley Museum, we were eventually referred to Fibrenew Puyallup for a custom built replacement seat. The folks at Fibrenew Puyallup were very responsive, and they were extremely good about making-confirming-meeting appointments. The replacement leather seat is well constructed, and it closely matches photographs of the original rocker. We could not be happier with the results.
Several gouges in our vinyl both due to wear (14 year old boat) and workman. Either way, they were repaired flawlessly. We were trying to avoid full reupholstery of the fly bridge for another year or so. Mission accomplished. Additionally, we were offered advice, as requested, as to how to care for the seats going forward. Jerry was professional, friendly, and prompt. We’d highly recommend his services.

Fibrenew is great, the tech call and let me know what time he would arrive, and he was there right on time. He was here to repair the seat in my 2014 Mercedes. He took a look and realized we would need to order some material, so I asked if he could repair my arm rest. He told me the cost and completed the repair. I must say the repair really makes my car look so much better. I am now waiting for the material to repair the seat. If you need leather or vinyl repair this is the place . The drivers seat on my 1999 Sienna had several stretch marks in several areas that got worse by each year. Reviewed many DlY videos on the internet and considered trying to fix all those stretch marks. But I wanted a professional and chose Fibrenew. He came out to the house and spent a couple hours working on the seat. The cost was reasonable and also got a military discount. I was very satisfied with results and would highly recommend them.

Jerry and his whole family are great! He met us at our storage unit and took our faded leather couch home in his truck. It needed a lot of layers of aniline dye. After he delivered it to our new place, it wasn't quite the shade I wanted; so he came back to our home and spent an entire day reapplying coats of aniline dye, until it was perfect--and he didn't charge us for the extra time!
He also came to our home and did an onsite repair of our movie room chairs.

I had a problem with a three year old boat seat. I called Fibrenew from an advertisement and for a very reasonable fee Jerry made it PERFECT. I could not tell the repair from new!!! Exceeded my expectations! We have used the seat a handful of times since the repair and so far so good, still look perfect. I hope I never see him again but with a boat, two jet skis and three cars, I bet I do.
Recently spent money to have two old chairs recovered. I chose linen white (not a smart move on my part). Long story short, a cup of coffee was bumped an not only hit one chair, it hit both of them. White linen covered in coffee. UGGGGGG. Fibrenew came out and and my chairs look like brand new. Im so relieved!

I could not beleave the excellent service I received from Jerry to replace a leather seat cover in my Pick-up, he came to the house and measured the seat to make sure he could order the correct replacement, and gave me a fair price for the seat cover and installation. I was called in about a week and told they had received the new cover, an appointment was made to come to MY house to install the cover, he came within a week and did all the work of removing the seat and installing the cover which fit perfectly and very close to the old seat back color. I called around different furniture upholstary stores to see if they would accomodate an in house evaluation and were capable of working with full grain leather. Fibernew was the only Company that fit the bill. They worked closely and kindly with my mother and provided oustanding service and product. To save on cost, they suggested full grain leather in the wear areas and vinyl in the non-wear areas. They did a wonderful job of matching the color of the leather to the vinyl (custom) so you can't see any difference. Tami and Jerry provided great service and really made the difference for us. They were contracted by a warranty company for me after I spilled four cups of coffee on the carpet of my 2013 Ford F-150 Lariat. I had additional coverage for stain removal under my warranty.
Jerry, the technician, came out and tried to remove the stain, which had baked on in the sun for four hours before I was able to try and get it. Unable to totally remove the stain, Jerry scheduled a return date to re-dye the carpet. However, Jerry also noticed a blemish on one of my leather seats that he was able to clean and remove at no cost.
My driver's leather seat was worn and torn from use and one of my dogs. Jerry also recommended a company that made leather replacement covers at a fraction of the cost over OEM replacement covers. He ordered the custom made seat, which arrived two weeks later.
Jerry came out, removed and replaced the old seat;i was identical and looked brand new. Jerry also re-dyed and cleaned my carpets, which also now look brand new.
Where Jerry went above and beyond was two-fold: First, the plastic seat housing for the driver's seat was broken and cracked in several places (my doing). Jerry fixed the broken molding with heat staples and careful trimming. Second, I had installed Carhartt seat covers to protect the new and old leather seats, and I accidentally tore one of the pockets at the seam on the new cover while trying to install them (they were a &!T¢# to put on). Jerry fixed the cover by restitching the seam and reinforced the edges. Jerry did this extra work at no additional cost - he was just a professional and wanted the seats to look brand new after he was done. My whole interior looks brand new; I couldn't be happier.
Although I initially used this company only because my warranty contacted with them, Fibernew will now be the company I use and recommend for any repair or refurbishment work. Jerry's work ethic, professionalism and attention to detail made my 7-year old seats look brand new and his recommendations saved me hundreds of dollars. He was punctual, efficient, clean and classy.

I just bought a pristine 2004 Nissan 350Z convertible with the baseball leather car seats. There were stretch marks, no rips but eventually they would. I decided to give Fibrenew a try. They warranty their work. It was way cheaper that taking it to have material removed, new leather ordered and sewn in etc. My seats came out beautiful, match perfectly. Was done right in my garage. He took his time and was there longer than he thought but did not try to change the price. I would recommend and use again. Thanks guys!

I had Jerry installed a ripped car seat panel cover. I loved the fact they actually come to your house and perform the service, therefore, saved my time. Since I had the material, I only needed someone to install it for me. So I called around for quotes, Fibrenew has the lowest labor rate. But, this is not the "you get what you paid for" case, Jerry is very good at what he does, he took his time, was here for 2 hours to made sure job was done correctly and nicely. The seat panel came out like it was never damaged. I will definitely use this company again.
Considered buying one of those DIY kits but after adding all the cost, it was better to have pro do it. Very satisfied with the results and got a military discount to boot!

I own a 1988 Honda Accord LXI Hatchback. Obviously being so old, it's rather difficult getting replacement parts when something wears out on it.
For years, try as I might, I just couldn't find a replacement driver's side door panel for mine that was in terrible shape. I truly thought there was no hope for it at all, and that I'd just have to live with it falling apart.
But then I contacted Jerry Walker, owner of Fibrenew in Puyallup, Washington. He and his wife Tammy came right out, to my house no less, within a couple of days to look at it. Tammy also tried finding a replacement door panel because it was questionable whether or not mine could be repaired. She too couldn't find one anywhere across the entire country.
So one day Jerry and Tammy came to my house to work on it, and within just a couple of hours the basic supporting structure of the panel was repaired and was in good enough shape so I could have it reupholstered with new vinyl. Even the company that reupholstered it was impressed with the quality of Jerry's workmanship. And now it looks like new.
So my most profound thanks to both Jerry and his wife Tammy for not only their professionalism, but also for their friendly manner.

I had all of my cushions for a 16 foot Boston Whaler refinished by Fibrenew about 12 months ago. They have held up very well and still look like new. Beyond the work being very satisfactory the follow up and timely completion of the project was exceptional. If you are looking for a way to refresh your boat this is a great way to go.

The leather seat on my 1997 Lincoln Town Car was torn and faded and Jerry re-sewed the seam and re-dyed the blue leather seat. It is just gorgeous! He worked over 5 hours on this project and did a fabulous job! I certainly recommend him and will call again if I need a repair.
