David came out to fix a screw pop in our new RV floor and did an outstanding job! After opening the vinyl floor we found it to be a staple that had found its way in there from the manufacturing process. After talking with him he gave me some tips on trying it myself if something like this was to happen again. Great service and made it look like it was never there!
Had the pleasure of working with David to refinish/restore our well-worn 18-year-old tan leather sofa & chair. I did not expect perfection based on some of the wear spots, cat scratches, and that the cushions could not be removed making it difficult to fully recolor the undersides of the cushions. We also changed the color from tan to grey. The final results, however, were fantastic. The sofa & chair literally looked brand new. Could not see wears spots or cat scratches. We have 2 all leather love seat couches which have been used and abused by a large family. All of the head rests, arms and seats were no longer brown! At first I was going to attempt to stain them myself but after reading several do-it-your-selfer's comments it look way too complicated to me with a high risk of poor outcome. I came across FiberNew's company name on the internet and I am pleased to say that Dave's service lived up to everything he stated it would be. He went above and beyond the expected and turned our worn out couches into showroom appearance. David did an absolutely incredible job with our leather ottoman! You cannot tell there was an oil stain at all. He was very professional and made sure to ask for our opinion on every step. He did a fantastic job mixing the dye colors to match our leather, and he made sure it was a perfect match before moving any further. We will not hesitate to contact him for anything in the future. HIGHLY recommend.

My cat decided to dedicate a spot or two as his "litter box" on my beloved leather couch so I immediately looked up a leather company and this was the first to respond. I had a hole in the couch and he repaired that as well! I couldn't be happier at the results and of course the friendly service I will definitely recommend to my family and friends if they are in need of any of the available services.
I had David do stain removal out of the seats on my Nissan Frontier, when he was finished my seats look brand new. thank you so much I really appreciate it, and sorry it's taking me so long to put in the review. I would definitely use them again
David did a fantastic job restoring two leather couches that had cat scratches, stains, and sun damage. He refinished the leather so the scratches are barely noticeable and the color is uniform on both couches. I thought I was going to have to replace the couches, but he did such a great job, I'll be able to get many mores years of life from them. Thanks for a job very well done!
I can not say enough good about Sam and the work he does. I have a leather couch with a very ugly round head spot, and now you would never know it was there. Now not only did he repair my couch but we mentioned our seat in our Lexus. The cream color had been worn off just from getting in and out. Well, he took care of that and it matches perfectly. I should mention that I am a very picky person and I could not tell any difference. If you have a leather piece that needs any repair Sam is your man. Dependable and calls ahead to let you know he is on his way. I highly recommend this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It has been a pleasure working with Dave & Kathleen at Fibrenew from the moment I asked for a quote to the final installation in our Gym. Wonderful job. My dog and kids tore and cut a giant hole about 8 inch in diameter and now looks brand new.
All I can say about David, is WOW! My favorite leather chair was high end, and to replace it would have been very expensive. David took a number of days to prep and dye my chair because it was done in my home and there were many steps to do it right. And amazing results come to those who wait! The color was spot on and my old faded and stained chair was now like brand new. He also fixed burn hole on another leather chair, and again did a great job. At first I was skeptical that David would be able to clean my leather furniture. He tried several times, and wound up having to re-color or dye the spots. I was really happy how they turned out. The color matched really well.
I purchased an exceptional antique leather tufted couch. I was in love with the couch and the price was so right. I crossed my fingers that the problems could be corrected. The main issue was that it looked like someone was murdered on it, with crimson blotches in all the noticeable places and unbeknownst to me at the time of purchase, lots of scratches from cats. I was beginning to doubt how wise my purchase decision was.
Then, after much looking, I found Dave at Fibernew. Not only was he positive that something could be done about it, he worked at it efficiently until the problem was totally handled.
The couch now, looks better then ever. Dave retained the beauty of the original color and subtle pattern and rejuvenated the life of the leather.

Our boat is a 12 year old 23' Hurricane Fundeck. The vinyl seats were faded, stained, and had many cracks in the bench seats. David was very responsive, easy to work with, and knowledgeable. He advised us on the alternatives and best approach to repair the damage. The bench seats and one of the backs were reupholstered and David cleaned and dyed the other 3 backs so everything matches perfectly. We couldn't be more satisfied. It looks like a new boat. .
