“Fibernew brought my sagging leather sofa back to life and more importantly, comfort. I was debating between just buying a new sofa or trying to get the 8 year old sofa repaired. I just didn't want to go through the hassle and expense of buying new and then having to dispose of the old. Also, didn't want to have to talk with different upholstery companies, have the old one transported to the shop and then be without a sofa for probably a week or two. Contacted Fibenew and they diagnosed the problem from pics I emailed. All the work could be done in my home; absolutely no hassle. All the upfront communication was easily handled through email and then John called to schedule an appointment. Arrived on time and so professional. The problem I was experiencing was the need for new webbing inside the sofa. John had that resolved in less than 2 hours. After reassembling the sofa, they had me test for comfort. There was a very minor sag that we determined to be the aging foam. I accepted that as just an aging sofa. John did not have the correct foam with him and then scheduled another visit to add more foam, at no additional cost. They came back a few days later, unassembled the entire section of the sofa installed foam and now the sofa feels like new. There was no expectation or obligation that Fibernew deal with the foam issue; I had hired them to replace the webbing. With Fibernew, they are more interested in making things right for the customer. I wasn't charged an extra penny for this additional work. Other companies would probably have told me that what I was experiencing was just sofa aging; not John, he wants his work to produce the best outcome for the customer.
