Bill did an amazing job repairing
my leather sofa when coffee spilled and removed the color from the cushion. Obviously it was not aniline dyed all the way through. I had no idea that it could even be repaired! Well, it looks perfect and I am so pleased with the end result.

Amazing Job!!! Tried to cut and paste before and after pics because i was really impressed with the finished product. Steering wheel to my 2015 Nissan Pathfinder looks brand new. Our dog ripped our favorite leather couch. We were devastated and thought that we had to purchase a brand new couch. That is until I heard of fibernew in palatine. Bill came out and looked at the couch and quickly came up with an estimate to fix it. He came a few weeks later and started the work. He patched the rather large rip and spent hours in order to match the color perfectly to the rest of the couch. The final work looks absolutely wonderful and you would be hard-pressed to find the damaged area!

Nothing but a positive experience with Fibrenew Palatine. Bill did a very nice job re-dying a large spot (which had significant fading) on my leather chair. It blends well, and I doubt anyone could guess how different/bad it looked before his artistry. Now I'm proud to have this chair in my home! Bill is very responsive, on time, and a super nice guy.

I left a pen on my brand new leather seat in my car the pen exploded on the middle of the seat and sat on it (in the sun) for 2 days. I tried everything, I found Bill and contacted him he came at our convenience to my home and was very professional and obviously knew what he was doing. I was a little nervous to have my almost new Camry's seat dyed, but when it was finished I was so excited to see it look like brand new. Our Couch is over 40 years old. A family hand-me-down that looked very tired. It would cost over $10 grand to replace the couch and chair in the same quality and makemanship. This was under $1 grand. They look brand new. They were re-died, repaired (new stuffing to firm the cushions up) and look fantastic. Very nice in home service. Fabulous in-home service, especially during Covid Lockdown. My two 20-year-old leather couches now look better than brand new after Bill's repairs of the busted frame, broken springs, and flattened padding. The replacement cushions feel soft as butter. He expertly dyed the new and old parts of each piece, blending the colors beautifully, back to the original look. A nice clean, organized, conscientious, and thorough job all around. Very impressed with Bill's quick response to give me an estimate. Two chairs to my dining room set had cracked, one of which I was sure was a lost cause. Also needed a chair back cushion to be restuffed as well as a recliner which needed more stuffing in the lumbar area. Bill was able to save my chairs and completed all repairs within just a few days. Thanks to Bill, the cushion from my late grandmother’s chair has been restored! The piece has great sentimental value to me and I was devastated to think it may have been ruined. Really happy with the quality of service and attentiveness of Bill. Table leather replacement look great, has held up very well these last couple of months. Bill came out to pick up and drop off and even adjust the table again for the headrest to re-insert into the table. Highly recommended.
