“I was at my wits end when a friend of mine soiled my rust colored leather couch. I tried to resolve the issue myself, first, and made it worse. I then requested a steamer company to remove the stain, to no avail.
I then researched, to the best of my ability and took a chance with Fibrenew, banking on some of the reviews.
Anthony Okafor was their agent for my area, and so we spoke on the telephone. Upon inspection we were both a little skeptical about a successful restoration, but Mr. Okafor had faith that he could at least remove the stain, which was quite unsightly, and improve the overall appearance.
Today, 09Oct2025, he returned with the cushions that now look nearly new, and cleansed the couch frame (did I relate that this couch is over thirty years old and though I would wipe it down now and again, it had never been cleaned professionally.)
I am thoroughly pleased with the result, and Mr. Okafor's professional demeanor while resolving my issue. Thank you, L.B.T.W.”
