Would highly recommend Fibrenew. Service, communication, and pricing were all above expectations.
We had a red mark on our leather chair, and we weren't sure how it got there or what it was. Fibrenew came to our home and spent a couple of hours working on the chair, he got the stain out, put new matching stain on the seat and now it looks like new again. Very happy we did this now we have two matching chairs again.

Fibrenew Novi – they did an outstanding job recovering three full conference rooms sets of chairs for us. The workmanship is beautiful and precise. They were very accommodating, scheduling the work over weekends so our meetings weren't disrupted. Justin also went above and beyond by ordering composite chair arm covers for two other conference rooms. The new chair arms replaced the old, scratched wood ones. Personable, professional, friendly and timely — highly recommend!
Justin showed up right on time. We discussed my situation, pigment removed from leather car seat.. We agreed to proceed with Fibrenew system. In a short time he had it all fixed up . Looked great. No sign of previous problem . Very satisfied.
Justin and April were we some had cracked leather on my drivers seat of my 2022 Nissan Rouge Platinum which had two tone colors which were a little harder to match but their upholster was able to match them perfectly Justin did a great job reinstalling my bottom seat cover. I would like to thank Justin and April of Fibrenew Novi-Plymouth for a job well done on a leather sectional that had many ripped seams. They did an awesome job repairing the sectional and I would recommend them for all repair or any other services they offer at Fibrenew Novi-Plymouth. They went above and beyond my expectations. Very professional. It was such a good job, I could not tell where the damage seams were in my photos. First three are repaired photos, last three show damage before the repairs.
The leather man came out and fixed my leather reclining chair it wouldn't recline. He did a wonderful job. He was nice friendly and he was so sweet and nice and did a good job and God bless him and he deserve more than what he got. In Jesus name I pray that he continue to be blessed cause he deserve it.

Really appreciated Fibrenew Novi-Plymouth coming out to quote repairs for my salon. They were very professional and let us know that our seat's vinyl was past the point of repair and if we were to repair them they would just continue to breakdown. It was refreshing dealing with an honest company that wasn't just trying to take advantage of its customers to make a quick buck. We had a small gouge in the vinyl floor of our 5th wheel trailer. Apparently a stone got caught between the floor and a slideout when retracting the slideout. Justin, with Fibrenew, came out to assess the damage and give us a quote to repair. The cost was reasonable and 45 minutes later the repair was completed and looks great.
