Mike did a fantastic job of dying and sealing my daughter's English riding boots. They were dingy and the original dye and top coat were in rough shape. He had them 3 days and now they look brand new. My daughter's riding instructor was very impressed by how great they look now.

Drivers armrest distressed needed repair. Contacted Gotcha Covered Custom Auto Upholstery who referred me to Bruce Hill with Fibrenew Experts in leather, plastic & Vinyl Restoration. Bruce hooked me up with his associate Michael and was quoted a price after I sent in pictures of my armrest. Michael gave me a date and time and arrived early. Michael repaired my armrest in about an hour. I was amazed the outcome was fabulous. Its looks like a new armrest. Michael was very thorough, told me exactly what he would do. The price was fair. I highly recommend Fibrenew with restoration for your leather, plastic and vinyl restoration.
We have a large leather couch that is in perfect condition except for some fading on one section. We called Mike who promptly came over and analyzed it. He said he could make it look new in those sections. Although we were a bit skeptical, he was not pushy and explained the exact process. We had him to the work and we are amazed how it looks now. He doesn’t just dye it; it’s almost artistic how he blended the colors to match with the other sections.....it’s like we have a brand new couch. Thanks Mike!

He arrived on time, quickly and efficiently went to work, and the result was absolutely amazing! The recliner and sofa now look as new as the day we purchased them. He matched the different subtle colors in the leather (called sauvage) so well, that you can’t tell it was ever repaired. Besides that, he was very professional, congenial and clearly answered all the questions I had. I have already referred Fibrenew to many of my friends and past real estate customers. Our leather sofa which was over 15 years old was showing some damage on the arms from little scratches from the little chihuahua that we kept for my daughter for a few months. It was a very expensive sofa and was so comfortable we did not want to replace it. We looked on line and found Fibrenew and Michael. He agreed to come look at our sofa as soon as possible. Michael called and came the next day. He gave us an estimate and said he would come on Friday at 9:30 am. He came as promised and went to work. Our sofa looks brand new.

We attempted to remove blue ink from our beautiful new breezy-sea colored leather sofa. Apparently, our efforts took a wrong turn as we had rubbed off color in a visible area. We felt sick and devastated. After conducting some research, we called Michael Carrigan at Fibrenew North Naples. He promptly sent a quote. He arrived on time & was very professional, courteous, and very likable; most importantly, however, he proved himself to be a highly trained & skilled craftsman! Being methodical, Michael took time to explain the processes to each procedures he employed. At every step, he was meticulous. For this, we were grateful. Having been a little skeptical, initially, we were overwhelmed with the end result: The color match was superb and the spot was no longer visible. It was like a miracle. Our sofa had been saved. We felt so much joy and relief. In a heartbeat, we'd hire Fibrenew North Naples again for any future leather, plastic or vinyl snafu. Who knew there were such miracle workers at our finger tips?
I had somehow scrubbed the finish off of my steering wheel. Reached out to Fibrenew. Michael responded promptly via email and was in my driveway soon thereafter. He did an amazing job. My steering wheel looks brand new again. I would definitely recommend him.
Michael gave me an estimate over the phone based on pictures I sent him of my yellow stained cream colored chair, from moisturizers & sunscreen. He arrived early & worked diligently all afternoon on our chair & the end result was “WOW!”, seriously remarkable difference. We can now take the covers off that we’d made to try & cover up the chair. Couldn’t be happier & highly recommend!

Michael is a true magician. We had purchased leather recliners and unfortunately they were stained from sunscreen and lotion that we wear on our legs and arms. The stain was horrible and we were concerned that we would need to purchase new chairs. Michael was early to our home and certainly worked his magic. He was able to remove the horrible stains and bring our recliners back to the original luster. We would highly recommend Michael to assist you with your leather restoration. Our 1998 Mercedes SLK was in perfect shape except the entire lower dash around the instrument panel, console and glove compartment were cracking and falling apart. Mercedes quoted me $5,000 for the parts plus $850 in labor. Michael did a great job of repairing this to make it look nearly new... about a 6.5 hour process. I have saved before and after pictures. The cost was less than 10% of the Mercedes quote. Plus, he is a terrifically nice guy.

Michael saved us thousands of dollars by doing the impossible, removing red dye from our white leather sectional. He even came back a second time, without charge, until we were pleased with the removal of the red dye. Michael is very personable, professional, and his service is always excellent. Fibrenew of North Naples did a great job restoring my seats, steering wheel and reupholstering my console. (My car is a '99 GS, there was a lot of wear and tear because of the age and usage) I am highly satisfied with the results. I would use them again and would also strongly recommend them. The price was right, the owner was professional and courteous.
