Patrick is an amazing craftsman. I have a leather sectional that was starting to sag on the seat in the corner and the area where you rest your back needed to re-stuffed, as well as a couple of other cushions. I had a small area where the stitching on the seat cushion was loose and some small scratches at the bottom. He was extremely professional and responsive throughout the process. I had a chocolate stain on my leather sofa that I tried to remove myself after watching several DIY YouTube videos. Unfortunately, the stain persisted, and I accidentally added a huge water stain to it. Realizing I needed professional help, I conducted extensive research and chose FibreNew of Roswell. My technician, Patrick Lovell, arrived promptly, demonstrated professionalism and courtesy, and most importantly, swiftly removed both the chocolate and water stains! Overwhelmed with excitement, I began listing other leather items (car seats, purses, etc.) that could be cleaned. Patrick explained the comprehensive range of services they offered, including cleaning and conditioning, stain removal, dyeing, and replacement. I highly recommend Patrick for all your leather cleaning needs!

Patrick from Fibrenew Roswell is a lifesaver and a true craftsman. I needed a delicate re-stitching repair on a vintage Vladimir Kagan 'Matinee' Sofa and had reached out to three other local leather specialists first. They all gave me exorbitant quotes and insisted I find a way to transport my very large, heavy sofa to their workshops.
Finding Patrick was a completely different experience. The scheduling was seamless, with helpful appointment reminders, and he came directly to my home. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and his work is flawless. He gave me a clear expectation of how long the job would take, and he was exactly right. The fact that he can do most repairs, including re-padding cushions, on-site is a huge advantage.
