Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 4/20/2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all services provided by Fibrenew North Atlanta (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By approving an estimate, scheduling service, or allowing work to proceed, the customer (“Customer” or “you”) agrees to the following:

1. Scope of Services

Fibrenew North Atlanta provides repair, restoration, and reupholstery services for leather, vinyl, plastic, fabric, and related materials.

  • Services are repair and restoration-focused, not full replacement unless explicitly stated.
  • Work is performed based on visible and disclosed conditions at the time of estimate.
  • Any additional damage discovered during service may require a revised scope and pricing.

2. Estimates and Pricing

  • All estimates are based on the information available at the time of quoting.
  • Pricing may change if:

    • Hidden damage is discovered
    • Scope of work changes
    • Materials or labor requirements differ from original assumptions

  • Customer approval is required for any material changes to cost.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Commercial clients may be invoiced with agreed-upon payment terms.
  • Late payments may be subject to fees or suspension of future services.

4. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding the condition and history of items
  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area
  • Remove personal or sensitive items prior to service
  • Disclose any prior repairs, treatments, or damage

5. Materials and Appearance

  • Due to the nature of repair and restoration:

    • Color and texture matching is not guaranteed to be exact
    • Variations may occur due to age, wear, sun exposure, and material differences

  • Reupholstery and recover work involves new materials applied to existing structures, which may affect final appearance

6. Customer-Supplied Materials

If Customer provides materials:

  • Company is not responsible for defects, performance, or suitability of those materials
  • No warranty is provided on customer-supplied materials
  • Additional labor may be required due to material handling characteristics

7. Warranty

  • Fibrenew North Atlanta provides a limited workmanship warranty for a period of 30 days from the date of service
  • Warranty covers defects in workmanship only
  • Warranty does not cover:

    • Homes with pets
    • Repairs over an existing repair
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Improper use or maintenance
    • Pre-existing structural issues
    • Damage caused by third parties
    • Environmental conditions (heat, moisture, UV exposure, etc.)

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed
  • Under no circumstances shall Company be liable for:

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
    • Loss of use, revenue, or business interruption

  • Customer acknowledges that repairs are performed on previously used and potentially compromised materials

9. Medical and Commercial Equipment

For work performed on medical or commercial equipment:

  • Services are cosmetic and structural surface repairs only
  • Company does not certify or guarantee compliance with:

    • Manufacturer specifications

  • Customer is responsible for determining fitness for use in their environment

10. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Scheduled appointments require reasonable notice for cancellation or rescheduling
  • Company reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Missed or late cancellations may be subject to a service fee

11. Delays and Force Majeure

Company is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Material shortages
  • Weather conditions
  • Equipment failure
  • Events outside of Company’s control

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

13. Acceptance

By approving an estimate, scheduling service, or allowing work to proceed, Customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
