“I contacted Fibrenew (Gary) about repairing my headliner in my 2011 VW GTI. Gary explained to me that this was a difficult/large job that could not be accomplished remotely at my house but he can partner with David at D&L Auto Interiors in Jacksonville to accomplish the work. I agreed to this and met with Gary and David at David’s shop in Jacksonville on the scheduled date and time. The job took about 5-6 hours to complete. The work included removing the existing headliner from the car, removing the old fabric and cleaning left over foam residue from the headliner, installing new fabric on the headliner, and finally reinstalling the headliner back into the car. I was onsite for much of this work (watching & asking questions). Gary and David were very professional, friendly, answered all of my questions, and did an outstanding job at a reasonable price.”
