Alex did quite a job on reconditioning my 14 year old Instroke pool cue case! He was very friendly, easy to communicate with and he finished the work in only two days. Alex came to our house exactly on time and restored the driver's seat of our 2016 Volvo wagon. After 137,000 miles, the seat was the worse for wear. When Alex was finished, the seat looked as if it had just come off the showroom floor.

I have a very expensive leather sectional that was scrapped in many places after a recent move. I spoke to Alex and he set up a prompt appointment. He arrived on time and set right to work. Alex with Fibrenew did a fantastic job restoring our leather recliners. These recliners were an investment when new, and over the years, cushion and related strapping degradation resulted in sad-lookong, uncomfortable recliners. Here's where Alex came in for the rescue. He stopped by the house, thoroughly examined the recliners and gave us a timely quote. We chose the most dense cushioning and when he returned our cleaned, conditioned, and now comfortable again recliners, we were delighted! The cost to restore the chairs we love was about 1/5 of the cost of buying something new. Plus, keeping quality furniture means we aren't tossing anything in a landfill. Alex at Fibrenew was referred to us by a furniture vendor we purchased hotel furniture from. The vinyl on the piece of furniture was damaged and Alex was called out to fix the furniture and did a great job. The furniture looks like the damage was never there. We have since used him for another job and will continue to use him in the future. He does great work and is responsive, very reliable, and his pricing is reasonable.

Alex was outstanding from the moment he took my call to the end result. I have a nice high end recliner that I spilled a deep penetrating nasty essential oil on and it sat for days. Alec did an extraordinary job repairing the vinyl on our pontoon boat which had “burned†where the covers sat on the top of the vinyl during the extreme heat wave. . Amazing transformation of my 12 year old couch destroyed by multiple dogs over the years!
My dog chewed a hole in the front edge of the cushion of our leather couch and the bottle corner of the matching ottoman. The set has been discontinued so it couldn't be repaired where I purchased it or get leather swatches for the repair. Alex responded to my online inquiry very quickly and all of my questions. Just had some punctures in our vinyl boat seat repaired by Alex, from Fibrenew of Manchester. I had first tried to perform a DIY fix myself, using a kit I bought off the internet. Boy, did I mess it up.
I contacted Alex, made an appointment and he showed up just a couple of days later, right on time. We went down to my dock, he checked out the damage and determined that he could remove most of it and make it look much better. He went right to work, carefully removing the hard, crusty mess I had created.
It took him a couple of hours, and when he was finished, the result was a 100 percent improvement over what it looked like before. The seat was once again soft and pliable and the color match was SPOT ON!
His price was reasonable and his knowledge and workmanship were impressive.
I would highly recommend his services to anyone who needs upholstery/leather repair.
