“Don't know what to say. Repaired my damaged chair in less than an hour, and it looks brand new. Mike Carter did a great job!
Mike showed up on time and did exactly what he said he was going to do. I had a relatively new leather chair, that I had inadvertently damaged the leather dye while trying to remove a ballpoint pen mark. Lazy- Boy was not much help (they sell chairs, not so much on repair). I had ordered and received some dye from Lazy Boy, but it was not a good match. Michael showed up and said "you can tell me your story, but I know how to fix this. I am going to fix what I see as the problem. This is what I'm trained to do." And boy did he. He knows what he is doing. Just get out of his way and let him work his magic. I am a very pleased customer.”
