I'm glad I called Chad with Fiberenew. I have a classic truck with bucket seats that I accidentally made a tear in the vinyl. Went to some upholstery shops and they wanted to revinyl the whole seat, which I didn't one to do for one little tear. Chad came to my house, fixed the tear and matched the color to the vintage vinyl I have. Really happy I found him and was able to fix and preserve my original seat. I highly recommend Chad and Fiberenew!

Chad is the best! When he arrived, he asked what I hoped to accomplish as I have a vintage leather sofa. Chad went above and beyond what he said he could do. Did I mention it was a cold rainy day?! Instead of rescheduling, he got the job done! He told me that I had a very good piece of furniture that should last for a good while after his process. So impressed! Chad was great about scheduling and making it convenient for our crazy schedule, first of all. He's very professional, explained everything needed and all options, explained as he went along, handled five pieces of furniture with care for repair, restoration, cleaning and conditioning. The one set is 28 years old, light colored, had never been cared for except a little light cleaning by me and, now, looks brand new!
Also, very appreciative of how neat and tidy he was as he did his work and when he was finished. You couldn't even tell he was here. All furniture and nearby items back in place and clean. I called a friend the next day to tell her she absolutely needed to use him for her room full of leather. I'm planning on doing regular cleaning and conditioning going forward. Thankful to have found Chad!
I needed a puncture repaired on my leased Mercedes dashboard. I had difficulty finding someone to do this kind of work until I came across Chad at Fibrenew. I saw that they did vinyl repair work and requested a quote. Chad was super responsive via email and I had an appointment setup and an upfront ballpark quote almost immediately. Chad was on time for the appointment told me approximately how long it would take and set expectations of what the outcome would look like when finished.
Job was done within the time frame and the outcome exceeded expectations, without prior knowledge of where the damage was done, the average person just looking at the repair would never know the repair job was done. The color match on my cream color dash was incredibly undetectable (the repair color is so much like the color of the dash, its undistinguishable).
Chad was super friendly, honest and his work exceeded my expectations for the repair work, I would definitely recommended Chad and Fibrenew to anyone looking for this kind of work.
The price was exceptionally fair, having leased many cars before this I was already worried about what kind of damage fee they would have charged me as there was no way to hide the damage, it was front and center on the passenger side dash and was painfully obvious. Hello to all; those who are looking for perfection to be done on their cars this is the guy to reach out too. I being looking for someone who does leather repair and restoration for a long while, after many days and weeks of my research I finally found chad a Godsend for real his the co owner of fibrenew Long Beach South his very friendly and thorough with his work, he even included and extra section of my repair at no cost just so my car looks even better, I really appreciate him a lot for everything he did. Another awesome thing about Chad is that if he misses something he will get it fix on the spot or he will even drive back the next day with no hesitation, he never tried to up sell any of his work or products his presentation and work is just immaculate. He definitely made my car leather look just as new his talent for what he does is just hard to describe. What a great experience! I spend six months trying to find a Professional to Repair and Restore my Leather Furniture.
Finally, I contacted Chad at Fibrenew. I emailed pictures of my furniture and received an estimate for the work immediately. Chad cleaned and repaired 3 Leather Couches and replaced the foam in two recliners. All of my Leather Furniture looks like new.

Our 6 year old leather couches had allot of faded areas. Chad responded quickly and did the most amazing job. Our couches look brand new!!!
