“What an amazing job Marc Lawrence did on our 2018 Subaru Outback leather driver’s seat. It started as a small tear on the side panel nearest the door. Marc fixed it and you couldn’t even tell it was repaired, but also warned that Subaru leather was notorious for being difficult to repair and it may not hold. Sadly the tear did reopen after some time, but he came out and fixed it again with a different method. Unfortunately, it later opened again but with a new rip. Marc came out yet again and said that seat panel was too weak and to really fix it he would need to remove the seat cover, which required taking the seat out, and taking the leather cover to his shop to stitch in a new panel that is tougher. He did this, then came back to put the repaired cover on within the same day, and without charging us extra! Now it looks great, perfect color match, and we’re confident that the new panel will hold up. We would definitely recommend Fibrenew! Trustworthy, and Marc sticks with it to do the job right.
