Chris arrived early, came in gave us an estimate on several different options, told us who to contact and how to get what we needed for a fair price. Very helpful, polite and knowledgeable and would definitely use again.

Fantastic Experience and Work! We have huskies and they sometimes get a little nuts (i.e. running a racetrack through the house and wrestling with each other). This time our couch paid the price and we thought the couch was a goner. We were contemplating trying to find a replacement for it when I found Chris. Chris came to our house and assessed the situation (didn't lecture me on having wild beasts in the house) and gave me a reasonable price. We set up for him to come and do the repair job a few days later. Chris took his time making sure the repair was perfect, he even had a mini “mad scientist lab� set up trying to get the color match on our white not white leather. We had to leave the house for a bit while he was finishing up because we had things to do. While we were out we received a phone call from Chris telling us he needed to come back the next day because he didn't see the scratches at the back of the pillows. I said that was fine. Chris showed up the following day and spent even more time perfecting the repairs and didn't change his price. His attention to detail is remarkable and we couldn't be happier. He even left the extra dye he mixed so we can do minor repairs ourselves. We highly recommend him to anyone needing repairs done. His honesty and work ethics are hard to come by. Needless to say his methods work, I can't tell that a massive repair was even done. We are beyond thrilled that we do not have to go to the expense of replacing our couch. Thank you so much Chris for your expertise and for restoring our furniture!

We had an excellent experience today with Fibrenew technician Christopher. We had worn areas on our leather couch cushions, some inks marks, and a tear about four inches long. All of these were beautifully fixed but I was most pleased with the color match as our couch is a unique sage green with a hint of gold luster. Christopher took his time to make sure he completed all the repairs well. We are so pleased with the results and would highly recommend his services! (Unfortunately I forgot to take a before picture. Photos do not do his work justice.) We are thankful to get another 20 years out of our comfy leather couch.

Just giving a shout-out to Steve.  I made an appointment with him to fix a tear on one of the seats on my leased Toyota Sienna.  Fortunately, the dealer told me it's not a big deal and to just return the vehicle.

Steve was very professional in my communications with him; even though we never actually did business together.

The cleaning solution provided by Macy's with our leather couch emulsified the dye on one of the arms to the extent that it got a scratch while I was cleaning it.  Whereas the salesman pitching their Ultimate Plan of maintenance insurance stated it would cover scratches in case the cat got to it and their written documentation states it'll cover everything including a nuclear blast when the insurance sent out a technician he stated the arm of the couch would have to be replaced and he'd submit a request.  Month later I called and was told they don't cover scratches.  Supervisor at Macy's advised three times regarding above and no response.  
Yelp to the rescue and Saint Steve Of Leather who's expertise and equipment made the piece look brand-new.  Funny - insurance tech should've had the equipment and ability to do the same though certainly didn't.
A very high recommendation for Fibrenew - Alta Loma.

Steve fixed a hole my dog chewed on top of the leather couch seat.   In my opinion he is an expert!  His work exceeded my hopes. Very nice & pleasant man.

Wow, I'm rather picky when it comes to leather type repairs. The work he did was incredible. I thought a 4" hole meant the seat would have to be replaced, but it looks great! The only reason I know it was repaired is because I know where the hole was. To anyone else it'd simply be as good as new. I'm very happy with the results and would not hesitate to use this servioce again if needed. He even traveled to the mountains for me.

I had 2 tears in one of my vinyl heated seats.  Steve took less than an hour to COMPLETELY repair the tears without disrupting the integrity of the seat.  His fee was very reasonable and his work was great.
