All I can say is I'm totally in awe of this amazing transformation of this leather set x 2. The care and precision by Kaitlyn and her helper Andrew were above the top!!! First photos of cat scratches, discoloration from pet and kid urine and overall wear and tear saved literally thousands to replace!!! Happy customer here!!! Shari
Wow! This was just what I needed. We had house guests whose cat ruined my new leather sofas....to say I was irritated was a huge understatement. For the last 18 months, every time I walked past my couches I swore under my breath and vowed I'd have to spend thousands to replace them. My wife finally took pity on me and called Fibrenew. Kaitlyn was OUTSTANDING! She is a consummate artist and is passionate about her work. I'm a very picky customer most contractors disappoint me. Kaitlyn was a rare treat! She handled me with pluck, humor, and most importantly expertise! I can't believe the detail that went in to restoring my couches. I will say it may not be the cheapest.....BUT.....IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY!....These are my "Go To" sanity savers.....my truck is next!
We requested repair of a deep scratch on the vinyl glove compartment door of our car. Their work was excellent, professional, quick, and the glove compartment door looks as it did before the damage. I would certainly recommend to others and am looking to use them again on other projects that need repair. Thanks for the great job!

I bought a vintage leather jacket on the first date I had with my now wife almost 25 years ago. I tore a hole in the right shoulder a few weeks back. It made me sick to think think that such a sentimental treasure would need to be discarded. I brought it to Kaitlyn at Fibrenew, she had it fixed the same day. One of my kids got paint on my seat and I tried to fix it myself. Anyways I tried a couple of the leather repair dyes on the internet and nobody could match my color. I called Fibrenew and they nailed it. Would recommend to anyone looking for leather repair.

Fibrenew Greater of Memphis is a money and life saver. Thinking about buying new leather furniture,? Don't renew it with Fibrenew it is totally worth it. They do excellent work.
I would just like to recommend Fibrenew of Greater Memphis to anyone who has auto upholstery issues needing attention. Kaitlyn and Andrew did a superb job on my 8 year old Honda Accord front seats. They cleaned and spot dyed them to where they look new. Replacement upholstery is 4x the cost to get the same results. Can't say enough good things about their work!
Kaitlyn was extremely professional and paid a lot of attention to detail. She thoroughly cleaned and conditioned the leather in my 2004 Mazda3 that needed some TLC. The final product exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend this service. A special shout out to Sabrina for all of her help getting everything scheduled and answering all my questions.

Just want to give a shout out to Fibrenew. I have a chair that I love, but is aging and needed a little help with the seat cushion and back lose pillows. Chip came out, researched what my best outcome would be! It's now complete with new firmer seat foam and newly stuffed lose back pillows for my chair. Looks great & just what it needed!

My beautiful brown leather couch had experienced quite a bit of damage from kittens clawing and chewing on the leather. I honestly don’t know how many areas needed repair......definitely more than 20!!
When I looked at Fibrenew’s “before and after” shots on their website, I was convinced they could definitely make these repairs.

I am very pleased for this opportunity to review the work performed by Fibrenew of Greater Memphis. I needed repair of upholstery damage on a relatively new SUV and we had several leather furniture pieces that were showing serious signs of premature wear. I met Chip for the estimates and he is a true professional who knows his business well. But I am reserving my highest compliments for Daniel, Chip's associate. Daniel performed both of my jobs and his work was excellent. The car seat now again has the showroom look. And our leather sofa and chair now have NO signs of wear. I was thoroughly impressed with Daniel's conscientious approach to his work. He was efficient, detail oriented, and yet very personable. Meeting Daniel gives me great hope for the work ethic of our younger generation. And no, I'm not Daniel's Dad!
I wish there was an option for 6 or 7 stars! Chip did a fantastic job with my scratched dashboard in my Toyota Camry. He came out to my house twice and didn't stop until he was satisfied with his results. You could not tell now that there was ever a massive scratch across my dashboard. Chip was thorough, personable, and he gave me a great rate for his work. I will definitely call him again!

Chip is the ultimate professional! He is jovial, timely and very courteous. He replaced my cracked/split console in my 2018 Yukon and I am ultimately pleased (especially since this is a new vehicle and I have zero idea how it happened). Not only was the work impeccable, but he and his "staff member" Boudreaux gave me a few laughs while the work was being completed. Chip is the "go-to" guy for ANY type of restoration!!!!
Chip did an amazing job refurnishing the cloth interior in my Nissan Altima. It was severely stained from a food spill. After cleaning it looked brand new. I highly recommend this service if your vehicle's interior needs work.

We have a 19 year old analine leather couch purchased from Samuels. It is very well made but also well loved by two children and two dogs. I emailed Mr. Chip Cox pictures of the stains and the condition of the leather. He and I and set up a time for him to come out to clean and condition the couch. He was very responsive with his emails and did an excellent job in removing stains, cleaning and conditioning my couch. Our old leather couch looks new again! He also has a fabulous leather cleaner and conditioner that I am now using on the couch as well as other leather pieces we have. It was a pleasure to work with Chip and we will be highly recommending him to friends, family and colleagues.

New King Ranch Truck My Blue Heeler Puppy Chewed My Leather Door Panel up, a New Panel was like 900 from the Dealer. I called Fibrenew Chip Cox Came out to our office evaluate the door a panel and gave me a price of 150 dollars which was an Great price but Chips workmanship is Awesome the door panel looks Brand New I would Highly recommend his work Thanks again Chip.
Within a few hours after my phone call to Chip, he arrived. At my home, took two sagging chair cushions and returned them several days later looking beautiful. As a result, I had more cushions reshuffled and promptly returned to my home the same day. In addition to being prompt, courteous, and professional, Chip should receive a bonus for listening to a retired MCS English teacher talk the entire time conserving numerous topics. Chip did an awesome job of reconditioning and matching the color on our leather sofa cushions. I was concerned the cushions would look different than the rest of the leather, but he perfectly matched the color and patina restoring the worn areas. Highly recommend Chip for this work.
