Fibrenew was at my home today to repair a leather chair damaged by a teething puppy. Mark, the owner, did an exceptional job on the repair. Mark carefully protected the surrounding areas before the work commenced and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. Mark also did not rush the process, which is apparently very intricate. Over the course of my lifetime, I have only needed leather repair twice prior. Without question, this is by far the best repair I have seen. My chair looks brand new!! Fibrenew was also quick to respond to my request for service. Mark also likes dogs, which says a lot about a person. Thank you, Fibrenew!!
We had really bad cat scratch damage on a gray leather sofa. The restoration process was great, you can't see any signs of the damage that was there. Highly recommend this service for damaged furniture!

Jim with FibreNew has been to our place twice, providing meticulous service on each service call. When I purchased a used leather couch, I had FibreNew touch up several wear spots and scratches. This gave our couch new life and added ten times the value! After a year, the couch still looks phenomenal. So, we had Jim come out again a year later to refinish a used leather recliner. He stained it to match our leather couch and even touched up a few spots on the couch that our cat had scratched. Another remarkable job by Jim and FibreNew!
Mark came out today and worked on our Leather Sofa to repair some tears in the arm from our Grand Dogs and did a wonderful job. He was on time and very professional and did exactly what he said he could do.

Mark at Fibrenew replaced the seat cushion inserts on our sofa and then cleaned and reconditioned the sofa as well as a recliner and swivel rocker. All three pieces are aniline leather and the outcome is beautiful. Thank you Mark !!

Mark did an excellent job on restuffing,re-dying,repairing cuts,cleaning and conditioning our leather sofa. Our 15 year old sofa looks brand new. Mark is very knowledgeable and puts a lot of time and effort into perfecting the repairs.

Mark did a wonderful job bringing back the original colors of our badly sun damaged chairs. He worked painstakingly all day to make sure they were as good as they could possibly get before he left. They look like new now. I had forgotten what a great color they originally were.
