She provided provided me with a firm date, but when I reminded her of her failure to return my calls, she gave me an excuse about under staffing followed by
a lat refusal to do the work and bailed on the project. I then contacted Bruce at Fibrenew. He assured me that he could perform the work. He appeared promptly at the agree upon time. He was polite and neat. He did a fine job eliminating a 3" by 3" tear on my couch. I was highly pleased by the workmanship and the price. I would no hesitate to hire him again if the occasion arose.”
