“After reading other reviews of leather restoration company's, Fibrenew with Mr. Craig Aunchman was the one. I had never heard of or in need of such a company, I didn’t know what to expect. I also had no hope that our beautiful leather chair, only 6 yrs old (in perfect condition other than) could be restored. Especially, since we had attempted to clean the head/hair grim-stain our selves with everything the internet suggested we try. The stain got worse and doubled in size. Our only option (we thought) was to throw it out. But I couldn’t stand the thought! I called Mr. Aunchman who was understanding, extremely professional. Said, this was a very common problem. Because of the chemicals I had used, he may not be able to restore. I was mortified at what I had done. He kindly scheduled his earliest available appointment. Mr. Aunchman inspected the chair, discussed what I had used and said, “I believe I can. I know I can. We didn’t see the chair till Mr Aunchman was finished. AND THE RESULTS WERE MASTERFUL ! A TRUE ARTIST. MIRACULOUS, PERFECT COLOR TONE. FOREVER GRATEFUL!!!!”
