I've been watching our 5 pc leather sofa slowly deteriorate over the past 10 years from dog claw scratches and excessive wear on the most commonly used head rest. I thought we'd have to replace the full set in a couple of years because I did not think that leather could be repaired. But luckily I discovered Fibrenew and am absolutely pleased with the results. My wife and kids can't believe how good it looks. Hopefully I have extended the life by many years and saved a lot of money. I highly recommend them.

This was a great experience from start to finish. The initial communication was fast, we setup a time and they even showed up early. In my particular case there wasn't much to be done, but even then he gave it his best effort and ensured no further damage was done in the pursuit of an improvement. I could not be happier with the service. I wont hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

FibreNews work was impeccable!! Nicholas and his expertise removed an 5-6 year old urine and slobber stain from our couch and made it look like new. He also removed a Jerry-rigged fix on a leather couch arm rest removed some dangerous staples, sewed it up. Nicholas wasn’t satisfied with the results, so he decided not to charge us for the repair. He did substitute that for removing older wax spillage on our carpet!!
