Tony did a wonderful job repairing my couch. He was on time and very professional. I would definitely recommend his work.
I have a 13 year old leather sectional. The recliner head rest and foot sections began to crack and separate. I was referred to Fibrenew by another upholstery company. They picked up the damaged section matched the material and returned it in 2.5 weeks. On the return of the section Tony cleaned and treated the rest of the sectional. I will definitely use them again and refer them to my friends and family.
Tony was great to work with. He came and picked up my broken chair promptly and then returned it fixed in a short amount of time. We are very pleased with his quality of work and the rate he charged us. We will be using his services again!

We have a couch that had several cushions that had been damaged by our dog. Tony from Fibrenew did a fantastic job repairing it. He came in and did his work without leaving any sign that he'd been there... except that the cushions looked like new. I would highly recommend Fibrenew!

My experience with Fibrenew North was outstanding. I contacted them after an unfortunate incident left me needing some repair work done on my cars upholstery. At the time I was unsure of what could actually be repaired and wasn't very hopeful I'd be satisfied with the results. After talking with Tony that all changed. We set up a quick assessment of the situation and he determined a new seat cover was in order. Luckily the cost of the replacement was handled by my extended warranty and he was able to acquire the parts needed very quickly at which point the installation went smoothly. Tony handled the entire situation effortlessly and made sure I knew exactly what was happening at each step of the process. After everything was said and done I was very satisfied with the overall experience. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who asked.

Mr. Marineau tackled a really tough problem with our RV sofa, and then went above and beyond to solve an additional issue.
The original problem … a couple years ago yours truly accidentally sliced a 4-5 inch slit in the vinyl sofa with a box cover. I had no idea that there were people who could fix something like that. Boy, were we surprised! I would dare anyone to find the former slit. Mr. Marineau literally made it disappear!!! Then, on top of fixing the obvious gap in our vinyl, he noticed a pinkish stain on another cushion, so he got rid of the stain too.
