Tom did an INCREDIBLE job on our leather chair and ottoman. Communication was great throughout the process. Turned around my items in 1 week and they now look brand new. Leather chair was cracking, faded, had scratches from a dog and had a hole on the back. Tom repaired all of it. Awesome job. Can't recommend him enough.

A few areas on the cushions of my leather sofa were starting to peel. I filed a claim with Levin Furniture which was denied, stating it was normal wear and tear. After going back and forth, I was able to get my warranty cost refunded. I contacted Tom at Fibrenew and he was able to schedule the at home repair within a week. Tom was extremely courteous and very professional. I was worried about the repair blending in since it was a mottled finish but Tom was able to match the colors extremely well and you can't see where the preexisting damage was. We were considering just putting up with the peeling for another year and then replacing the sofa but we paid $3500 for the set and it was only 4 years old. I am expecting other areas to eventually start to peel but when they do, I'll know who to call for the repair.
Our leather sofa needed some help. Two Mastiffs and an overgrown Malamute beat it up pretty good over the years. (Plenty of scratches and scuffs, and a large rip in one of the seams.) Tom from Fibrenew came to the house, loaded the couch in his truck, and a week later he brought it back looking great. No complaints, we won't hesitate to call him again.

I had a hard job and could not have been happier with the results. I have a 20 year old high end white leather tufted sofa, chase and ottoman. The biggest problem was age and wear and a few scratches from my cat. After it was complete it looks like brand new. The work was completed in my home and there was no mess . It is Gorgeous. Hard to believe the restoration was even possible. Only problem is now I feel like iI have to keep it covered so it stays pristine. Having a cat I do not want anything to happen to it, which has not allowed me to enjoy it like I should. I recommend Fibrenew very highly.
I thought my dining room chairs were ruined. In search of repairing leather furniture, I came across Tom's website. From our very first conversation, I knew immediately I was in great hands. Tom did what I call "his magic". 7 out of 8 chairs were damaged from my son's kitten. There is zero sign of any repair work. The chairs look like the day I purchased the set. Tom did an amazing job. I have hired Fibrenew Cle. To repair a 1950's Chesterfield sofa where one of the seam came apart . The repair was perfect . It was a difficult spot because it involved one of the bottons making it a thight spot to place the stiches . At the same time i showed him my other couch which was badly scrached and had several clawmark on both armreast by a kitten i was babysitting . The Claws ripped through the dye of the leather creating unsightly wholes . To add to the problem the couch was finished by using several tones of brown dye . Well, needless to say the repair was beyond my expectation . The damage is gone and the blending of the different brown dye makes it literally invisible . Something i though was not possible to be done without replacing the leather section . Very reasonable prices and professional workmanship . Highly recommended .
January 10, 2021. I am beyond satisfied with the work Tom did to restore my buffalo hide sectional sofa that had been severely damaged with cat scratches. The damage was all along the back top of the sofa, on the rolled arms, side arms and a few cushions. Plus two cushions were damaged where my dog vomited once. The hide also has texture which I wondered if that could be duplicated. He did an amazing job. I was going to trash the sofa and tried this to keep it for a little longer. However, I am going to keep it for a few more years. Thank you Tom and Best Wishes with your business. Your talent is rare.

Tom cleaned 2 leather chairs which had some stains. They turned out great! But the big job was restaining and fixing tears in our leather sectional from our dog chewing it. It looked brand new when he was done. Tom is very personable and great to work with. I highly recommend him!
