Bad Dye Job From the Factory
This one year old sofa was in great shape except the factory did a terrible job dying the leather. One phone call to Fibrenew and the sofa got cleaned, conditioned, prepped and re dyed. Then a good top coat was applied to protect the leather for many years of family use.

Two of our leather sofas have been destroyed by our dogs. We are on leather sofa #3. I allowed my dog Gypsy Girl to stay in the house all day without supervision. I guess she was bored and chewed/ate up a portion of our attached middle cushion, my husband was beyond upset. I contacted a few in-house leather repair shops along with pictures of the sofa. Fibrenew Clear Lake was the first to get back with me and another could not even attempt to repair it. The end result is beyond what I expected, it was perfect. Steve is a lifesaver!
