I initially reached out to Fibernew several months ago. I submitted pictures of a tear in my leather couch. We scheduled an appointment and Paulo came out to assess the situation. I recently had the work completed and my husband and I couldn't be more please with the finished product. The color of leather was matched identical to the original couldn't tell where the new met the old. I would highly recommend Fibernew and Paulo's expertise on repairs. I would definitely use him again.

Paulo did a job first on a replacement steering wheel that had to be dyed. He did a great job, color matched perfectly. Next he refinished my front seats in my Mercedes. Now the front seats look like new. They match the back seats which have never been sat on. I am very happy with the work done by Paulo.
Paulo did an excellent job cleaning, redyeing and adding protection cream to our 20-year old aniline red leather couch, loveseat, chair and ottoman. They had gotten dirty, faded and cracked over time, but we like them and wanted to try the restoration vs buying new. The transformation from 10 hours of Paulo's labor is amazing. I highly recommend his work at a fair price.

WOW we can not say enough about Paulo and Fibrenew. The before and after restoration results were amazing. At one time we thought about getting new furniture but after talking to Paulo he said our frame was good and had real leather but just needed a little TLC. Very economical as this way was much cheaper than buying a entire new set. On a final note when we scheduled pick up / delivery he was always on time and very courteous. If the need arises we will definitely use him again.
We have a huge natural leather sectional that has been in need of love and conditioning for at least a couple of years. I was nervous about the price and afraid it might alter the natural beauty of the sectional so I had put off conditioning. Paulo called me beforehand to discuss the service and each step in the process. While he worked, he did small sections and checked with me to ensure he was achieving the desired effect. He was friendly and personable and worked very hard. I am absolutely thrilled with the final result and know with Paulo’s help this piece will be in our family for years to come. Absolutely remarkable workmanship and service. My 53 year old auto had serious issues with the drivers seat,2 long rips , scratches and a popped seam. It wasn't pretty. Paulo was able to not only make these problems disappear he did it while maintaining the seats patina. The results were stunning . Stop calling around , this is the guy !!
Our LazyBoy recliner had cracks and wear on the leg rest. Fibrenew was able to replace sections of leather, and matched the color and texture so well.
Paolo also fixed an area that was a problem. Friendly, professional, and obviously understands the the structure and workings of the item. He also came back quickly to make an adjustment, actually an improvement.

Paulo showed up at our home to repair a sofa on time. He had the repair done quickly and as expected. Due to the nature of the repair needed he did tell us before even booking that it would still be somewhat visible. He was up front on what could be done and we are very happy with his work.

Fibrenew made repairs to the leather on our two La-Z-Boy recliners. La-Z-Boy no longer carried the particular color of that leather. Fibrenew was able to match the color and the texture. Very professional and courteous. And no problem to come back

The tech, Paulo, arrived 15 early! He was extremely professional, explained as he went along, and encouraged me to examine the repair at each step. He approached the repair like an artist. Our 20 year old Ekornes Stressless recliner with leather upholstery was looking tired, some stains and cracked leather on the foot rest. A new chair was out of the question so we engaged Fibrenew to see if we could get it looking good again. Process took a few weeks to complete due to the cold weather but it was well worth the wait! We had the color changed from vanilla to a warm gray and it looks like a brand new chair. Stains are gone and the areas of surface wear are invisible. So for a fraction of the price of a new chair we have brand new looking one. Service was great, good communication through the process and our expectations exceeded!
Top notch service! **Best of the best** leather repairman! The only person one should consider for a leather repair job. A repair so perfectly executed you can't find a hint to the repair area. So happy I found his business. He turned tears of sadness (on a sofa set less than 1 yr old that a cat clawed) to tears of joy (a flawless repair job).

Earlier this year, we adopted a shelter dog. Paulo came out on a Saturday and did some work on our couch. The work that was done was very detailed and he did a exceptional job. He arrived around 10:30 and was there until 2:00pm. The quality of the couch now is like it just came from the factory. Paulo took various before and after photos and when he was done he sent the photos to me. We never thought our George Nelson Sling Sofa could ever be repaired without having to have all new leather cushions made, after our dog ate part of a cushion years ago, and the sun faded the black cushions over time, making them gray. We were mistaken! Paulo did an AMAZING job not only restoring the cushions to their original black color, but repairing the chewed cushion and a chewed area of the leather couch frame also. I was quoted a very reasonable price for replacing the headliner in my VW Jetta. The other quotes I'd received were more, and this being an older model, I didn't want to put so much money into it. Although it took him much longer than he thought it would, Paulo did the work for the quoted price. Let me say that it took him all day - at my house - to replace the headliner, when I'd guess the quote was for about 3 hours.
The job he did was excellent. He came out the day before to match the cloth color, which matched exactly. It's now been 3 months since the work was done, and it's still beautiful. Paulo was friendly and I found him to be trustworthy and honest. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

We have a large sectional leather sofa. One of the cushions on the sofa began to peel. Contacted Macy where we purchased the sofa to find out the sofa was outside the warranty period and the company who made the sofa no longer carried that particular leather. I'm very pleased with the headliner that was replaced in my 2005 VW Jetta. Paulo was very careful in removing the old headliner, saying that the parts are old and brittle and will need to be used in reinserting the new liner. He spent all day in this process, and the results reflect the care he took in doing this job. I highly recommend this company.

Wow, what a restoration. My car seats were frayed, ripped and torn but one afternoon and I have a new interior. The repair work is undetectable, it looks like a new car!
