Recently had my living room set refreshed by Jim and Angela, it never looked better. They kept the patina of the leather as requested and returned it to the softness it had when it was first made.
Jim and Angie are such a great team! They cam to my home and did a beautiful job on my car. The perforated leather has a slice in it, and there were abrasions that they
fixed as well. The dye matches perfectly, and my upholstery looks new again. Thanks Jim and Angie!!!!!
I want to take a brief moment and thank Jim from Fibrenew Roanoke. Jim recently repaired what we would consider a minor part on a recent major purchase.
The repair was done in a timely and efficient manner. Now despite the part being a bit cumbersome to remove, Jim maintained his professionalism and apologized for the delay.
But he stated that he wanted to remove the part without any damage to the existing furniture unit. Again this is our first time dealing with Fibrenew Roanoke for this particular repair.
Indeed we would use them again should a part repair or fabric issue arise.
So our recommendation is based on this initial repair visit and Jim's overall demeanor and prompt arrival time, repair and departure.
As always this is our humble and honest review based on this initial warranty repair call.
Prompt scheduling, responsive service and amazing work. Our bright red leather couch and a green leather chair had new life breathed into them and came back in within a week looking brand new. Great service, and nice people.
Talking to Jim in Roanoke has been fantastic. I am an operations manager for a moving company located in Warwick, RI and it is always challenging to establish constant communication with a repair tech in another state. Jim and Angela made everything so simple for my customer and me. You can really tell he cares about his craftsmanship by taking the time to perfect everything in a very timely manner! Words only go so far sometimes but the proof is in the pudding with these photos!
My experience with Fibrenew so far has been good. Jim was very knowledgable and pleasant to work with. I didn't have to go to him. He actually worked it out to come by my work so my day wasn't disrupted at all. I'm pretty detail oriented so The job wasn't perfect but it was really good. The dye match was as close to perfect as I think you could get without having factory dye. I couldn't tell the difference. The touch up filler or whatever he used to fill the cut was close enough to the factory finish that I was very pleased with the outcome. If I have any more work to be done I will definately call on them again. Thanks Jim
So glad we called Fibrenew to fix the driver's seat. It had a tear in the leather. Jim responded quickly and did a fantastic job! Now every time I see my seat it looks great!
Had the seat on my Polaris repaired and Fibernew did a fantastic job. It was great that they came out to my house for the repairs. Saved me the trouble of having to trailer the Polaris to be repaired.

It's not easy stuffing four heavy bistro chairs in your car to take to Roanoke for leather seat recovering! Lucky for me Fibrenew Roanoke, Jim and Angela, did this for us. The vinyl seating was scratched and torn. They replaced it with more durable leather, touched up the wooden nicks in the chair backs and legs and replaced the foot pads, even giving me extras. The chairs were then returned to us. All that was done from Thursday to Saturday at an amazing price. Almost makes me want to look around the house for other repairs they could fix for us! Thank you!

Just the best! They arrived on time, worked hard to focus on my leather couch, and the results are outstanding. They cleaned, conditioned and sealed the leather, giving extra attention to areas with more wear and tear. My 20+ year old couch has a new life!! Fibernew did a great job onreparing a damaged section of leather on my 1988 Mercedes 560SL. Cannot tell it had a tear in the leather trim on the convertable top conpartment.
I am so impressed with the work that Fibrenew did on my leather sectional sofa! My sofa is 16 years old and has survived 3 kids, 2 dogs, 2 cats, and years of constant use. It was in need of a good cleaning and some TLC. Angie and Jim cleaned, re-dyed, restuffed and conditioned the sofa and it looks brand new again! Jim and Angie did an amazing job! My 20 year old leather sofa and chair had faded from sun exposure and suffered cat scratches and pet stains. Now my sofa and chair look brand new! The leather color, gloss and conditioning are absolutely perfect! The scratches and stains are gone! In addition, Jim and Angie were polite, professional and moved the furniture to & from my home at no additional charge. I highly recommend Fibrenew Roanoke!
Absolutely blown away by the customer service this locally owned business provided! Our car has been around the past 9 years with our son and the backseats had seen better days! The first go round, the cleaning didn’t take and stains came back with a vengeance! Jim came back out a second time and made it right!!! To no fault of their own, our seats were just that dirty between milk spills and baseball cleats, it happens! They were so professional and I couldn’t be more pleased!
