“I want to take a brief moment and thank Jim from Fibrenew Roanoke. Jim recently repaired what we would consider a minor part on a recent major purchase.
The repair was done in a timely and efficient manner. Now despite the part being a bit cumbersome to remove, Jim maintained his professionalism and apologized for the delay.
But he stated that he wanted to remove the part without any damage to the existing furniture unit. Again this is our first time dealing with Fibrenew Roanoke for this particular repair.
