“I called Mr Chettouh about repairing a hole in a seat cushion on our love seat recliner. He had to visit to give me an estimate since I couldn't email a picture to him. He made the appointment the same day, called to tell me he was on the way. Then he looked at the damage, gave me the estimate, and did the repair at the same time with stitches any surgeon would be proud of.
