“Stephen was great. He was on time, very clean, protected my floors with his blanket while he worked on the leather chair and explained the entire process very well.
As far as the actual work, he had to do multiple things to my leather chair to get it right. It took him about 2.5 hours and the end product is like new. We have two of those chairs and one can not tell the difference between them once he was done.
