“GREAT communication! I phoned Harry, he asked me to e mail a couple of photos ,he e-mailed back right away with a reasonable quote ,we set an appointment for two days later! I had a deep burn hole with puckering in my sectional leather couch which is a slightly odd color. Harry came on time and did a beautiful job ,repair actually turned out better than expected.”
