The gentleman from Fibrenew was here this morning. We had 2 stains. One blood stain that had been there for a few years. And another newer stain. Our sofa is a very soft leather.
Well he worked his magic and our sofa looks as good as new.

We had a small split in the arm off a leather love seat repaired. Jason did an estimate yesterday and Chris did the repair today, both arrived exactly when they said they would. The repair looks great, you would never be able to tell it was there. Jason and Chris were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient at what they did. Time will tell if the repair will stand up. Jason had warned us that due to the location of the split their repair might not last, and he suggested other options that we could choose to do. This indicated to me that the business holds high ethical standards for the treatment of their customers.
I just can't say enough about how happy I am that I chose to have my leather furniture renewed instead of replacing it. Saved tons of money and feel like I have new sofa and love seat. If anyone is wondering if it's worth it - it is. And both gentlemen we met were great.

The technician did a great job with the brand new sofa and chair. You can't tell where the pen mark was or where the leather was scraped off. He was a true professional, didn't rush, took his time and made sure the area was covered to prevent over spray. He explained everything he was doing and eased the anxiety level. Would HIGHLY recommend the company to anyone.
