Reputable hotels have strict guidelines they must adhere to, especially when it comes to maintenance. The Wingate by Wyndham in Greenville, SC is very serious about their reputation and upkeep and Fibrenew Upstate is pleased to assist them in maintaining their goals.  As always, our intent is to restore, repair and refurbish whenever possible.  By doing this, we are able to save our customers money, as well as minimize landfill waste.    Take this Upstate hotel for example.  It is highly trafficked (which is a good thing), but that means wear and tear.  The rooms are nicely furnished, to include a desk and comfortable desk chair.  The problem is (and no one calls Fibrenew unless there is a problem – which is good for us), when these desk chairs swivel around, the back edges hit the desk causing nicks, scuffs and color loss.  And then there are the occasional pen marks, seat cuts, etc.  That being said, the overall condition of these desk chairs is still very good.   However, the hotel owner cannot ignore these flaws, regardless of how minor.  But, can you imagine facing the cost to replace each desk chair at $200 – $300 each?  This hotel alone has 120 rooms, so I’ll let you do the math.  And, don’t forget the unnecessary landfill waste in your equation!  When you think of Fibrenew – think Green -  we can save you some Green, make a bit of Green for ourselves and help keep America Green, all at the same time!
