Dear Matt,
I'm not one to send out notes regarding services I have paid for and received. I believe if you pay for it, your payment is usually thanks enough. But in your case I had to reconsider.
It is seldom in this world when you are promised something and it is delivered exactly as promised. I was a skeptical after contacting you regarding my two red leather couches that are 12 years old. They were in horrible condition and I knew it, but thought even a little fixing up had to be better than nothing at all. When you said they would look like new, I still thought..."anything is better than not fixing them so I let you try." I was willing to pay even if they looked somewhat nice. What a surprise I received when you showed up on my doorstep with couches in tow.
My husband and I, and family that have visited over the past few weeks are shocked at how well these two couches turned out. It is really amazing and you should be absolutely proud of yourself and your product. You said like new and you delivered. I would have spent over 5 thousand dollars buying new couches. You not only saved me money but made me very happy.
I would recommend you and your product to anyone. I got more than I paid for. Your honesty and integrity, combined with your skills make you an asset to Fibrenew. I certainly hope they realize what an outstanding employee they have in you.

I wanted to send you a quick note of thanks for the job performed on the Acura.The seat looks brand new and I even noticed you removed the paint stain as well. We were basically given this car by my in-laws and while they were meticulous on the mechanical maintenance, the cosmetic up keep was to be desired so Julie and I have decided to slowly bring this car back to respectable shape it deserves. Outstanding job and I will surley keep your card on file for future projects.
