Having just bought this new leather sectional, we were so upset that the dog damaged it, but you restored it like magic! Wow! We have a treatment chair in the office which had splitting seams and was a very outdated mauve color!!Not only are the seams magically repaired, the whole chair has been dyed to a wonderful new color...for less than half of what the chair company would have charged...very good work, very good value!

Our sofa and loveseat look new again! We purchased expensive leather furniture that became very faded and worn after just 6 years. Jim & Mike Ouellette are miracle workers who were able to bring them back to life and make them look like new again. They were able to match the color of a leather swatch (from our new kitchen chairs) and they were able to match the color almost exactly. I travel a lot, and I've had this great Pierre Cardin leather garment bag I've used for many years(12) that's become an integral part of my flying routine. Recently, on a trip back to CT, it sustained some damage that rendered it practically unusable. I searched online for a place that might repair it, and found Fibrenew. I knew this was something kind of outside what they advertise for, but I talked to Jim, told him my story and what I needed, and he took on the project, albeit with no guarantees. But, I was really happy just to have someone take a crack at it. Anyway, when he returned it to me, I was amazed at how he was able to repair the shoulder strap loop on it. It was an excellent repair job, the leather used was a great match, and he had to get creative to do it as well. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing any kind of leather repair. I am an EXTREMELY satisfied customer.

I purchased an older style Gucci pocketbook which needed some repairs to the leather. The four corners were very worn where the leather was coming off the corners. The previous owner used the color blue to touch up the corners. It looked awful! I contacted Fibrenew to see if they would be able to repair the corners to look better and cover the blue areas. Jim at Fibrenew said he felt he could get my pocketbook to look better. When I picked up my Gucci pocketbook, I was amazed of the outcome. It looked like a brand new pocketbook. I am still shocked today of the transformation of my pocketbook-it looks beautiful! I would highly recommend Fibrenew for any of your leather issues on anything.
