My 2 year old son dumped hot pink nail polish on a section of our chocolate brown leather sectional. Fibrenew came right to our house to fix it which was extremely convenient as welll made my couch look brand new. I was amazed and very pleased. Very friendly and great service. I am thrilled with Fibrenew! I bought a new Dutillier leather glider chair at Directbuy for my nursery. When I arrived home I noticed that it had a large scratch and hole in the leather from the staple in the box rubbing against the leather on the way home. I found Fibrenew online and completed the online form. Less than a day later, I was contacted to set up a time to repair my chair. I am so pleased with the results. You cannot tell where the dammage was. The technician was on time and very personable. He taught me how to maintain the leather on the chair to keep it looking beautiful for years to come. I bought a used Benz as a "toy" and like all used vehicles there were nicks in the plastic and vinyl interior and the stitching had come apart on the leather driver's seat. Chad did a remarkable job and you would never know there was ever a mark in any of the interior surfaces. The repair to the seat is great and it all took under three hours from the time I dropped the car off. AND at such a great price! I definitely recommend Fibernew to those who want to refresh their vehicle's interior. Chad and the rest of the staff are very friendly and went out of there way to book me in as quickly as possible.

I had a sectional that had a tear it in from moving and you can't even tell that it was there! They did an amazing job! The customer service was great as well: booking was easy, everyone was extremely friendly, and I got a quote right away just from sending a couple pictures. They were early for the appointment and managed to repair everything in an hour at my condo. I would definitely call them again if I needed more repairs!
