I contacted the company and received a response within 24 hours from Henry. They set up an appointment with me to come out to my job and pick up my leather console armrest in my car. They took the time to allow me to pick out what color was the same as the original. I received it back within 3 business days and I was so shocked that it looked brand new. I want to thank you for a job well done and the professionalism.
Henry is amazing! We went out of town for a few days, leaving our 6-month old puppy with a house/pet sitter. We returned to three holes in our leather sofa -- two at the seams! Henry looked at the damage and was not optimistic. When he returned the cushions, I could not believe it. There was no evidence of the holes -- at all!
I called Henry. He asked for pics of my car seat. I texted the pics and in less than ten minutes he gave me a quote of $165. He came to my house 2 days later, on time, and restored my car seat to what appears to be factory new. A 10 year old car seat. Mercedes wanted over $1000. Wow… AMAZING RESULTS. A++++. 5-STARS. Henry came out to my home and removed a portion of my sofa to replace worn cushion foam. He brought it back 2 days later and it is like new!! Very nice, professional man to work with, I highly recommend!! The price was very reasonable to bring an expensive sofa back to life!
Henry came out to my home in Canton, GA and didnt waist any time getting to work. I was a little concerned in knowing the repair to my VERY expensive Italian leather sofa might not be perfect. I had a Queen Anne chair (that I cherished) that had two rips in the leather, and I had thought it was beyond repair. I sent Henry pictures of the damage and he honestly said that a 100{de0e71dbfa42a96c002b4fa27514c9f524ab244c94d8a8c04c857a346180a2d6} repair was going to be difficult, but that he could do a 70{de0e71dbfa42a96c002b4fa27514c9f524ab244c94d8a8c04c857a346180a2d6} repair. He came out to the house and worked a miracle. It looked brand new. The work was beyond praise and the price was more than fair. I am going to recommend his work to all my friends. He saved me tons of money on a new replacement chair.
My reclining sofa had a major fabric failure on one of the seat backs. Henry responded promptly to my email inquiry, gave me a fair estimate based on the photos I sent him. He came up removed the back, took it to the shop and returned it all for the quoted price. His workmanship is outstanding, frankly better than the original. I am very satisfied with the service and would recommend him to anyone.
This was my car door damaged from my own stupidity. I was able to call them in a Monday and they came to my workplace to take care of the repair. It took less then an hour and was pretty affordable. I looked after the repair and I couldn't see any damage. It was short of amazing!!
Henry did a terrific job replacing a torn seat panel on my Saturn Astra, even matching the existing "pinhole" pattern. He also restored several worn and scuffed areas on my BMW seats to "like new" condition. I plan to entrust a repair on my cherished 60's classic to Henry in the near future.
This review is actually for Fibrenew of Alpharetta. The worker who performed the service informed me that Fibrenew Dawsonville = Fibrenew Alpharetta in this case. YELP has the locations mixed up, so I was told.
Anyway, the worker, Henry, did an amazing job of restoring/repairing my car's dash. After year's of sun exposure (before installing window tint), the dash began distinct cracking, chipping, and peeling including the central vent housing.
Henry came to my residence and worked three to four hours in the heat and humidity. My car's dash looks brand new! He took his time and meticulously performed the repair/restoration.
Oh, a special thanks to Binswanger Glass out of Lilburn for removing the windshield at a reasonable cost. Without doing so, Henry could not have repaired the crack(s) propagating to the interface of the dash and windshield. The windshield tech's first name was Walter, if memory serves.
What a work of art by Henry! His craftsmanship and skill was outstanding! The price was fair in my opinion. Some may think it was pricy. But, the time, effort, labor, and the fact that Henry drove to my residence to do the work, made it worth it to me.
The only "thing" I am waiting on is the passage of time to see how the work holds up (how long it lasts). I expect it to last a very long time since I now not only have window tint, but also have a dash cover/dash overlay.

I would highly recommend Henry Garner and his company Fibrenew. He replaced the leather seating on my 2001 Ford F150. The truck has an odd 60/40 bench seat. Henry got the right replacement and installed it at my home. I could not find a replacement seat after months of searching. Having Henry replace the leather was a much better solution. Even though the truck is 17 years old, the colors matched perfectly.
Henry is outstanding. Had 2009 Lexus LS with cracking armrests on driver and passenger sides. Henry did a great job repairing both at a very reasonable price and a short timeline. I would highly recommend Henry and Fibrenew.
My leather couch now looks perfect, Henry made it look even better than new.
After speaking with HENRY on the phone and sending him a few photos, he was able to replace my truck’s seat cushion. Henry Garner was great to work with and did an excellent job for our hospital by repairing medical grade patient chairs and exam tables. He was very responsive in providing quotes and completed everything timely.
My headliner on my skid steer had delaminated and was literally resting on my head. Henry helped me find a better material in a more suitable color that would not show dirt and grease etc. He had me fixed up same day.
I made the mistake of getting light colored fabric seats in my car. Alpharetta fibrenew is my go to for cleaning my seats whenever I have a spill. They work miracles! I recommend them for any accident prone coffee lovers with light fabric seats 🙂

Henry is a miracle worker! My dog chewed two holes in my leased car, one on the leather door panel and the other on the sidebard/fabric and I have to turn it in soon. Henry asked me to send pictures, he provided an estimate quickly, we talked and scheduled his visit (to my office - instead of me taking the time to go to him!). We scheduled his return visit for today with the fixed/finished product. IT WAS BETTER THAN I EXPECTED!!!! Looks like nothing ever happened and...it was affordable! Thank you again Henry, great job and such a pleasant experience!

I am not one to post on YELP - but in this case the customer service I received deserves a call out.
Recently, I cut my seat in my Lexus. The car is 13 years old and in mint condition. With the age of the car I was extremely worried about how they could fix the leather seat without being able to notice the difference.
After talking to Henry Garner he put me at ease and even came to my work to fix the seat. After a few hours Henry brought the seat back and even had to wait on me to return from lunch. His customer service was impeccable. My seat looks good as new, too.
I would strongly suggest using Fibrenew to anyone looking for great work along with great customer service.

I was afraid my puppy had ruined two of the leather cushions off of our Restoration Hardware sofa. The corner was completely chewed off. Two reputable upholstery companies refused to try to fix them. I am beyond please with how they turned out. You cannot even tell!!!
